Hello
       I have been waiting until we were a bit closer to the pre-registration
deadline to start collecting the information on the Northern Region for land
reservations.  The deadline is the end of January.  I would appreciate it if
someone in each group in the Northern Region would take charge of collecting
the names of the people in their group who are pre-registered and want to
camp with that group, and send that information to me.  Could the local
Seneschals please make sure that someone in their group is doing this and let
me know who that someone is?
       As soon as possable after January 31st I need to hear from each group
how many people are camping with them.  You cannot reserve land for Gulf War
unless you are pre-registered.  If groups other than SCA branches are camping
together, (Households, Ships, etc.) Someone in that group needs to take
charge of collecting that information and getting it where it needs to go.
       If anyone has any questions, please ask soon.
