VERY IMPORTANT:

The phone number on the Crown web site for Econo Lodge is wrong, the
correct number is 915-263-5200. Please make sure that you called the
correct number when you made your reservations and I apologize
profusely for this mistake. My thanks to Countess Allyson for
discovering and alerting me of this.

There is no potable water on site nor any faucets.

There are no outside electrical outlets.

Tiki torches and ground fires (IN FIRE CONTAINERS {NOT DUG PITS}
ONLY) are permitted, there must be a fire extinguisher in site of all
fires and ashes and fire debris need to be removed from the site.

The feast in the feast hall is wet in period containers only, but the
site as a whole is dry.

The feast hall will be open between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm Saturday only.

I am afraid that due to current city issues no pets will be allowed at Crown.

----------------------------

VERY IMPORTANT: Fighters do not forget that their Majesties have
requested you bring your honor shields. Please leave the shields at
gate and we will have them ready to display when the list starts.

I will be away from my email after 6:00 pm today, be sure to get your
feast and pavilion reservations in before then.

Armour inspection is scheduled to start at 8:00 am on Saturday with
the Order of Precedence procession to begin at 9:00 am.

Artisans don't forget there is a popular vote A&S competition in the
feast hall on Saturday. Everyone remember to stop by and vote.

Everyone bring lots of banners and displays of heraldry, their
Majesties want a bright and glorious field.

Merchants space is still available, email me if you wish to set up at Crown.
