[NR] New Baby Announced

Actually it was a Samhain Eve, oh I'd say four and a
half years ago, where Her Excelency Catrin MacCraken
of the Eldern Hills challenged us all to go out and
"Grow the numbers of the Northern Region!"  Umm..
well... lookin' back on it.. I'm not sure that this is
actually what she meant... opps, I guess with us folk
of the North you need to be more specific and say
something like "Grow the already ADULT numbers of the
Northern Region!" not to grow from scratch!  I mean,
how many are there 3 and younger?? More than I can
really every remember being around..
