I would like to remind everyone to please keep in mind these two items:

1 - Probably the number one reason your post doesn't appear and has to 
wait for approval from me, is *too* *many* *recipients*. So either trim 
the mailing list or else send your message out twice - once to all 
individuals & once to all mailing lists.

2 - Probably the number two reason your post doesn't appear and has to 
wait for approval from me  - the list is now configured as a members-only 
can post. So those of you with two or three email addys but only one 
signed up to this list will have to remember which one is signed up to 
this list so that your messages will post quickly.
