As a 501(c)(3) entity, the SCA is exempt from sales tax on sales of food to
or by the organization as per 68 O.S. 2001, Section 1357.11.  

Since I do a lot of feasts, I learned this one a number of years ago.  It is
amended every year, usually by transfering it into the new section of law.
