[NR] Toy Tourney/Fighter Practice

I deeply regret that we have decided to cancel the Regional Fighter
Practice/ Toy Tourney due to the inclement weather. However, any of our
local populace that wishes to contribute a toy to Toys For Tots should
bring them to our Tuesday night Populace meeting.
