[NR] Change of Office

He's been really busy, but I wanted to let the region know that I have
(as of Coronation) stepped down from the position of Northern Regional
Knight Marshal.

My successor is Centurion Owen Ap Aeddan.  I'm certain that he will
provide a follow on message to this detailing how you can get a hold of
him for Marshallate questions.
