I am Ottokar Luther Von Holstein the Northern Regional Thrown Weapons Marshal

I am accepting Applications for Local TW marshals Please email me an officer
application if interested

duties include running live steel ranges and all combat thrown weapon
activities
reporting to the NRTWM marshal monthly
