For those who are interested in mead making, I will be teaching a
Intro-Intermediate mead making class at Stepps. The class will be some
time Saturday afternoon, and will include period recipes, technique,
equipment use, sanitation techniques, and a tasting of several meads
(including the Purple Stuff).

Please come and learn, share, drink, and help increase the exposure the
brewing arts have in Ansteorra.
