[NR] Gulf Wars Pre Reg Deadline

The call has been made. His Stellar Majesty Miguel has called all loyal
Ansteorrans to War. If you wish to have camping lands reserved, you must
pre-register. You can mail in you registration, or you can register
online by credit card. But, the deadline is January 31st
I would ask that each Group have a local coordinator. This coordinator
should be the local gather point for information. The information needed
to reserve lands is:
1) have pre-registered before January 31, 2004
2) Mundane Name
3) SCA Name
4) Adult or Minor(submit age)
5) size of tent (with space needed for ropes etc
)

Greetings Ansteorra,
 
This is a reminder that pre-registration for Gulf Wars XIII will be
closing on January 31st.  If you have not yet pre-registered, you can
find the form in the Black Star or online at
http://www.gulfwars.org/forms.html. This year you will be able to
register online using your credit card.  You can find this link at
http://www.gulfwars.org/index.html.
 
Remember that in order to camp with Ansteorra, you must be
pre-registered. Once you pre-register, please contact the land
coordinator for your region. The following are the coordinators for each
region:

The coordinators will need to have the names, both SCA and modern, for
each person camping together.  They will also need to have your tent
sizes.  Be sure to include the size with the ropes if your tent has
them.  If anyone is a minor, please provide that information and who
will be responsible for that minor.
 
If you are a group or household that spans multiple regions, please have
the head of the household/group or a representative contact me for land
allocation requirements.
 
Please direct any questions about land allocation to your regional
coordinator.  If you have any question about registration or Gulf Wars
in general, please direct them to me.
