Greetings All!

I would like to take a moment and announce that Lord Owen Stott is your new
Northern Regional Chronicler. I would also like to thank Baroness Angharad
for her over 3 years of service to this office.

All Northern Chroniclers will need to send their reports to Lord Owen. His
contact information is in the August Black Star that was mailed yesterday.
