[NR] moderator reminder

Hello everyone on the Northern list

        This is just a reminder. I came back after the holiday weekend and 
found two *time*sensitive* messages waiting for my approval for the two 
most frequent reasons:

Cause: Too many recipients to the message
Cause: Post by non-member to a members-only list

Because the events have already happened that they referred to 
(Thanksgiving & the Baroness' Toy Tourney) there didn't seem much point to 
sending them out to everyone.

To prevent this in the future, please trim your recipient list and remind 
those who have a reason to post to the Northern list that they must be a 
member to post here.
