[NR] Rattan Taping Questions

Greetings!
   I was checking the online KM handbook for
Ansteorra, but as for edge tape marking and thrusting
tip marking, wasn't there later changes that;

1) only a specific? (if so, what?) color tapoe could
be used for edge marking?
---and---
2) Only red taoe can be used to mark thrusting tips?
