[NR] wastelands populace meeting

Greetings, 
 
     just a reminder that Wastelands will be having our populace meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 7:00 pm at the highway patrol station.  We had to change the date because of Labor Day.  Hope to see all the shire members there,
