[NR] Armor swap meet at Regional practice

Got a set of knees you don't wear anymore?  Or an old helm gathering  dust in 
the garage?  Bring all your old but usable bits and pieces to the  Regional 
fighter practice this Sunday.  Your old stuff is a new fighter's  treasure!  
Tables will be available, but fighters are responsible for their  own sales.
