[NR] Regional Practice Schedule

Bonjour,
 
Syr Owen has asked that all northern marshals use this list to plan a six month schedule for our regional practices. The Barony of Wiesenfeuer will be happy to host the August practice. I believe that Skorragardr is the planned location for the June practice, so that only leaves 4 months to fill.
