[NR] Regional FP This Month?

Greetings!

   Partially though the U.S. Mail apparently
misplacing checks mailed a week ago from one of the
papers I write for, I'll not be able to attend
Winterkingdom.

   Will there be a regional FP this month? If so, when
and where?
