[NR] Troubles in the land/Gothic War

Greetings unto the Northern Region,

Much troubling news across our lands. Rumors, tales, and gathering of armies.
To our south, Baron Armand of Elfsea does gather forces to "test the mettle" of the West. Rumors of his "doubt" of the resovle of the North to hold our borders safe are cast about by him through inference and innuendo. What ever is in the wind, we must be prepared. I would call upon all who are able to bear arms to journey to the West to make certain that the interests of the North are preserved.
Among the rumors and counters I cannot find the truth of this matter. I will journey there with crossbow in hand to face the sources of these tales and search out the right of it.
