actually , technically , it wouldn't be shot as part of wolfstar,
it would be shot as the regularly scheduled wiesenfeuer baronial archery
practice.
.which just happens to be at the same location and time as wolfstar.
that also means that no event report need be filed by the baronial missile
marshal for wolfstar .

so , yes,  as a regularly scheduled practice it could count.
but only if a baronial officer and a marshal are present .
