I would like to announce the birth of Serenity Rose to Isabel Quilliam.  She weighed in at 7 lbs 5 oz and 18 1/2 inches tall.  Born at 4:23 pm Sunday March 8 in Talhequah, Ok.  Mother and child doing well.
