[NR] Baronial Question

I just spoke with a member of the Barony.  Morning Court is to be around 
09:30 with armor inspection to follow and fighting to begin around 10:00 
a.m.  That's not official, its just an answer from a person in the know 
so I would plan accordingly and be ready to fight before 10.
