[NR] Winter War Maneuvers

Yes, the Liondragon guard will be there in force, but we could definitely use some help this year. Last year Calontir reminded us that the can be an awesome organized force if they put their minds to it. And if you don't already know how awesome the Calons are this is a great event to meet them.
