[NR] Emergency Travel Notice (3/12)

About 3 hours ago (around 5:00), a purse snatcher was chased onto I-35  
on foot by a police officer in the DFW metro area.  The snatcher was  
struck by a car and killed and the crime scene closed I-35 in that area.

While most accidents clear quickly, a homicide scene could be what has  
them stuck right now.
