[NR] Regional Naming Meeting at Protectorate

I would like to take part in these meetings. Friday night at 10PM is a very bad 
time for me. For one thing I will not be camping. For another I have young 
children that need to be in bed at that time and I have no time to arrange a 
baby sitter. Would it be possible that a meeting be planned more than 3 days 
before an event? With adequate notice I could arrange childcare if necessary. . 
I know there are a lot of activities scheduled at every event, but if one of 
these meetings could be help sometime on a Saturday we would have greater 
participation in this process.

Being that I missed Triumphe, and really wanted to be at the Regional Naming
meeting.  I would really like to have another discussion this Friday at
Namron Protectorate assuming that is acceptable to Their Excellencies
Namron, and the Autocrat.  Maybe we could have it at the pavillion say
Friday evening at 10:00pm?
