Well said!

It is a shame that the name of Ansteorra is fist (and sometimes only)
associated with the mundane state of Texas since the groups in Oklahoma are
so very active and vital. But I feel that I must interject for a moment.

I came into the SCA after the Western Region was dissolved and because of
that have always considered myself a Northerner. Though we are separated by
many miles and mundane political boundaries I feel that I can say that The
Barony of Bonwicke is proud to be part of what has been rightly called the
Heart of Ansteorra. And with that in mind I beg you, my Brothers and Sisters
of the North, please do not forget that we are down here!
