Greetings,

"Rice" in Old English means not just "realm" but 
"people of the realm". So, Ian's recommendations mean not only "land of"
 but also "people of"

So,
Sibrice = land of Unity as well as people of Unity.
Ellenrice = land of strength as well as people of strength
Efenrice = land of equals as well as people of equals

I rather like the duality it brings...where the land and the people are the same.
