I would also point out that the current names of the administrative regions of Ansteorra are also subject to change at the discretion of the Crown and Kingdom Seneschal.  Some Kingdoms use numbers to identify their regions and if a Crown wanted to we could become region 4, just like that.  If we have taken the time to choose a popular name, run it through the collage, and get it approved by the powers that be (starting with our Crown) then the likely hood of an arbitrary name change is greatly reduced.
