[NR] Proposed Northern Regional Names

It is not the place of us in the northern region to tell the other regions
what they should do or should not do, or what they should be called...If the
other regions choose to follow suit that would be awesome but they must find
their own way to this and their own drive to do it, if that is what they
want. Having all the regions of the Kingdom named as something more
meaningful to its inhabitants is certainly a desirable goal from these
talks. If something more develops from the talks such as interest in a
principality then that too could be an acceptable goal. What is important is
that the lines of communication and creativity be opened so that something
more and something greater comes from this. Whatever develops needs to
happen in as positive a manner as possible. We are not proposing change for
changes sake we are proposing opportunities to take part in building and
shaping the now to have ownership and recognition in making something our
own, something that better represents who we are as a people who live in the
northern part of the lands known as Ansteorra.
