[NR] NORTHERN REGIONAL NAMING POLL

Just as there is no reason people who would prefer a different language,  
culture (or simply name) than those already before us cannot or should not 
put  forth those other alternatives, there is no reason that consulting 
heralds here  in the North with knowledge and experience in documenting names 
could  not or should not take the names now before us and see if they can or 
cannot be  vetted. All of them, starting with whichever one the particular 
herald likes  best or dislikes least, or in whatever order they prefer.
 
Those that cannot be documented, and especially those that are shown to be  
in violation of the current rules for registration, could be dropped with 
no  further fuss over them. But we Northerners should take the lead and do 
this for  ourselves now.
 
Who knows, it might be good practice for the future.
