[NR] Exchequer Warranting

[Northern Treasurer]

Hello Everyone,

I'll be offering an Exchequer Warranting class at Castellan. If you
are involved in group money things - ie, if you're a Seneschal, Treasurer,
B&B, Financial Committee member or interested in doing any of those jobs
- this would be a great time to catch the class in our Region.
