take the first left (at the end of the exit bridge). This is Franklin Rd. Follow Franklin to NE 48th Ave (approx 7 miles). Take a right (south) on 48th until you see the "Bastille Day" sign. (And probably a few other banners, not to mention the people in funny clothes.)
