[NR] Wiesenfeuer Baronial-Tempered by Fire...CABINS!!! (Reservations now open)

Greetings everyone!

Now that everyone has settled back in after a fun-filled war, I am opening
up the cabins for Wiesenfeuer Baronial's event which is held on the 3rd
weekend in April (April 18th-20th) at Roman Nose State Park, located off of
I-40 at Highway 8A in Watonga, Oklahoma.

Reservations will be 1st requested, 1st served-be aware you may be placed
with another group, depending on requests/opportunities.

2-Mundane and SCA names (number of names must match number of beds needed)
3-Bunk requests-Is someone else submitting request that you would prefer to
bunk with, if space allows?  If so, who is that person (SCA and mundane
name)?
4-Friday or Saturday arrival planned?
5-Contact information (SCA/mundane name, email, phone number)
---please be aware:  no smoking in the cabins.  I am not currently aware of
the path/accessibility to/from the cabins and they will be filled in the
order requests are received.



Quick Event information:
Theme is 'Tempered by Fire'
Their Excellencies, Ciaran and Branislava, have brought the return of the
'festival finger food', hosted by her cheekiness HL Shanna Camber (YUM!) as
well as an ALL AGES EASTER EGG HUNT (Oh Yeah!)  The event steward is the
awesome Ld Tigernach mac Mael Michell (YAY!)

I am trying to get the website built, but in the meantime, here are some
details:
-Baronial Championships for Chivalric, Rapier, Archery, Bardic
(ATTENTION-Bardic has moved back to Wiesenfeuer Baronial!), ME drumming, ME
dancing, and various youth competitions!
-Cost-Adult $15, 13-17 $10, 5-12 $5, 0-4 Free, Non-Member Surcharge (NMS)
$5, Family Max $45 (not including NMS)
