Yes! Down at the bottom of this email is a link:

At the VERY bottom of that page is an option for "Unsubscribe or Edit
Options." Type in your email address and click the button. It'll give you a
new page with 3 options - you want the middle one: "Unsubscribe."

This process works for all Ansteorra listservs - they all have the link at
the bottom of each email.
