[NR] New Seneschal for Canton of Haldtre

[Northern Seneschal via Northern]

Greetings,


The new seneschal for the Canton of Haldtre is Lady Julian de Clare. She
will be taking over from Lady Cáelainn inghean ui Dhorchaidhe August 1,
2016.  I want to thank Caelainn for her hard work and dedication to this
canton.  I also would like to thank Julian for applying and look forward to
working with her as seneschal for Haldtre.
