[NR] Chemin Noir polling-Northkeep Baron and Baroness-Tuesday March 22, 2016

i will find out tomorrow, the Kingdom Seneschal will send me the dates. But
it will be done by absentee ballot, and after the polling (usually the day
after) you can send an email to the Kingdom Seneschal for a ballot and he
will give you instructions on when to send in by ect.

I will send another announcement, just wanted to get this one out first.
