[NR] Northern Region Principality Name & Device Poll CLOSING FEB 24!!!

Greetings unto the populace of the northern region of Ansteorra!

As you may well now know, there are ten names and ten devices that have
been proposed for the new principality. Those names and devices are
viewable here: http://bit.do/principality

Those names and devices are currently available for Ranked Choice Voting,
but the poll closes at midnight on Feb 24!

What happens next:

- VOTE  if you haven't already! (But ONLY if you are in the northern
region!)

- IF you have voted previously, BUT have changed your mind, do go ahead and
vote a second time BUT be sure to use the same name info and/or email me,
so I can remove your first vote.

- IF "None of the Below" comes in the top 3, we will likely drop back and
reconsider our options.

- ASSUMING we have a good consensus winner, we will announce the results
sometime next week (including as much lovely data as we can manage!). We
will also prepare the official name & device petition and send it around to
every northern group seneschal, as well as publishing it in the Blackstar.
