I personally think that this is a wonderful opportunity as G-d knows we could use all the good sites we can get our hands on!

My only hesitation is based on my experience running gate and has to do with the two access ways to the site located at either end.  Would one of the entrances be able to be blocked off entirely or would any group using the site be forced to set up two separate gates with ALL the problems inherant with that, which, by the way, would NEVER be outweighed by having two ways onto site?
