and that is why religious org., ie, Churches, were tax<BR>
exempt? Yet, I see that any State run event is<BR>
exempt, even if the merchants at the event are not<BR>
owned or operated by the State...hmmmmm, that gives<BR>
one pause.....<BR>

The law does not provide for an exception for Churches either. The government both State and Federal has a long history of exempting it's self from the headaches it imposes on the rest of us. I'll spare you my opinion of that.<BR>
