I No-Count Papilion. Day to the Phooish Court after coming home from 
traveling long have come home to discover that my King is having a 
festival. I honor him I have decided to hold Noble Hobby Horse Races. 
The true sport of gentles. I have some adult Hobby Horses train for 
me by His Honorable Lordship Roger Redhand. I also have a few smaller 
ponies for young people. If you have hobby horse for younger people 
please bring them. I will accept other things then actual Hobby 
horses as steeds. All Steeds must be approved by me or an officer of 
the race. 
We will be having heats although the day. You made bring your own 
colors or I will provide you with some.  I will be having one heat 
based on the "Ladies Races" in France. There will be Fabric put out 
and the Ladies astride "a hobby horse" will race for the Fabric. I 
request if possible Ladies bring a length of Fabric for a entrance 
fee. "A hobby horse" for this heat can be anything, none living, that 
you can put between your legs and have to hold up. A great sword a 
broom a tent pole or a large stuff fish will all work.
I will give  a small prize for each heat except for the Ladies who 
will get the Fabric. An overall prize will be given at the final heat 
which will be held just before Court. I hope it will be phooish 
enough.
