NK - Winterkingdom X Reminder

Monday December 28, 1998 is the last populace meeting before Winterkingdom
X. I would like to remind everyone that if you plan on volunteering to help
with the event this will be the last opportunity for you to let the
autocrats know. Teachers, if you haven't filled out those forms please do
so and get them in.

January 23, 1999 is fast approaching. See you Monday.
