The other source I was thinking of was Dunlevy, Mairead.  Dress in Ireland. 1989
You *will* have to ILL that one, but it shouldn't be a problem since the only
copy in the state is at the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
Finally, I've been browsing through Hunt, John.  Irish Medieval Figure
Sculture, 1200-1600, Dublin and London, 1974.  I hope you like pleats --
No, I mean LOTS of pleats (neck to floor, 75 yards of cloth per sleeve,
gathered at the cuffs, and so on). (personally, I think there would be 
fewer Irish personas if people actually dressed in what the Irish wore 
since the clothes are *really* ugly).  
The women do wear belts though, and (oddly enough) belts with REALLY long
tongues extending past the buckle.  No pouches or knives though.  And 
huge horned hats were quite in vogue as well.
