NK - Gulf War refunds

  Greetings!
  
  If there is anyone who was due a refund at Gulf Wars but did not get one,
  please contact me privately.  (This would be for those who reserved a cabin
  and had to tent, as far as I know).
  
  I believe the matter is about to be resolved (i.e. refunds are forthcoming)
  courtesy of contact with the Meridian Kingdom Seneschal and Kingdom
Treasurer.
