Add my apologies for not being at NRW as well.

Having just got back from the emergency room (no biggie,
just a nasy infection...penicillin is great), I'm afraid
that I just don't have the energy to head out to the site 
for the evening.  I may tomorrow, it just depends on how 
I feel.  At the moment I feel like I could sleep for a week,
and it's not even 10pm!!  

arrgghhh!  I hate being sick!
