Welcome Terry, and well met!  If you want to have people talk to you about 
what they are interested in, then welcome to the gold mine, friend!  We live 
for that kind of attitude!  Don't worry about attending events when you don't 
know anyone, either.  You'll be amazed (and baffled) at the amount of people 
who will come right up and give you their life's story.  But don't fret, most 
of them are pretty harmless.  And they even occasionally will assist you in 
putting up a tent or even give you a pointer or twenty on how to play this 
wonderful game we miss sleep on the weekends for.
So please come on out to Wednesday night fighter practice/chat klatch, 
Saturday fighter practice, or Monday night's Populace meeting!  Your more 
than welcome to attend any of these activities!  And hey, Gothic War is in 
two weeks, so get your tent patched and the dromedary watered up!
