information.  It may be a bit earlier than you are looking for, but I doubt
agriculture changed much prior to the industrial revolution.

What types and breeds of animals did they raise?
What types of crops did they farm?
What methods did they use for planting and harvesting?
What were some of the main tools of the trade (what were they called then)?
What were the methods of storage and preservation of grains and other
crops(fruit, tubers, etc.)
Where there any superstitions or beliefs that were prevalent in farming?
