To all those who partake of the Northkeep list (including our Rundel and
Moonschadeen neighbors) who know Seigneur Etienne de St. Amaranth
(Northkeep's Herald):

Lady Rosamund Blaunchflur invites you to join and assist her in celebrating
the feast day of Etienne's namesake, St. Stephen (Etienne is a French form
of Stephen).

Etienne wants to spend part of the day in persona (4 - 8 PM) so if you can
come during that timeframe, please come dressed in your period and in
persona (this is not a high persona event, more like most SCA events but
try to leave the modern world at the door as much as possible). After 8
PM, please still try to come dressed in period but the atmosphere will be
more like a revel.

Rosamund plans to offer some grazing food, period-ish, but feel free to
bring snack food to add to the mix. Feel especially free to bring
period-ish food. There may be enough to make a meal for some, come and
see. If you want to go get supper and come back, no one will be offended
or bothered. Rosamund is making wassail.

Well behaved children are welcome, especially if they want to act in period
persona. Be aware though that the house is not child-proofed and alcoholic
beverages will be consumed by those adults who wish. Adults may bring
their own favorite seasonal toddy or try the wassail.

Stay as late as you like. Etienne has Monday off so he'll be up late.

Site will be Etienne and Rosamund's home (site of free time sessions once
or twice each month). The address is 1314 South Atlanta Place. Phone is
584-3019. If you have portable chairs which will not scratch wood floors,
bring 'em along. You may not need them but...

Email questions to "darin-herndon at utulsa.edu"; we'll pick them up when we
get back in town on Saturday night. Feel free to call or forward this
missive to those who do not participate in the Northkeep list.

Sincerely, your hostess,
Lady Rosamund Blaunchflur
(using Etienne's email to post)
