	WOW!!! HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!!	Sigen, welcome to the Order, it's
about time!  Don-elect Alexandre, you will be a true ornament to the
White Scarves.  I don't know Asoph, but I congratulate
him heartily on the accolade that will be his.
	Again, the North is the finest jewel of the Ansteorran Crown.  But I am
biased and glad to be so.
