I beg your pardon 8-)  We have found that bards are best served rotisserie 
style with a nice herb glaze, brushed on ever-so-lightly, roasted until it is 
a beautiful golden brown, accompanied by fresh greens with a light 
vinaigrette dressing...anything else would be a waste of a fine meal!!

Heralds, are another matter, and we are still working on the recipe...someone 
mentioned
something about Extra Crispy!  <G>
