NK - Bardic Challenge

I have spoken with several people about a bardic challenge I was
considering for ATYC.  I have decided to choose another event for this
challenge for two reasons.

1.  The challenge I made for Northkeep's Castellan event didn't get much
of a response due to my not giving notice far enough in advance for the
word to spread.

2.  ATYC looks to be a very busy event.  I don't see a good time to hold
it that doesn't conflict with other activites that I want to attend.
