NK - Looking for new armor to purchase

Greetings a friend of mine in Northkeep Area and new fighter wannabe
asked me to see about finding him some armor to fight in. So here goes.
What he is looking for is either a:
 
Spangen or Salet type helm  $60-$130 range 
spaulders  $40-$70 range 
gauntlets pair  $70-$100 range
5-lame round knees $40-$60 range
5-lame round elbows $20-$40 range

or best prices. 

As of right now he plans on buying the whole lot at one time if the
prices are right. I myself would be interested in hearing pricing on a
Salet, my old helm weighs a ton and its time to move to a little lighter
helm. Also, how soon could he get the armor.
